The Egyptian Event Prize List is published annually and distributed to all members and others interested in showing at the Event in February/March. This publication contains helpful and necessary information including rules & guidelines, payouts, entry form, local accommodation information, as well as maps and directions.

Exhibitors and members refer to the Prize List continually prior to and during the Egyptian Event.

Advertisers who repeat the same ad (no change) from the 2010 Membership Directory will receive a $25 discount off a 1/2 page ad and a $50 discount off a full page ad, two-page spread or inside cover (call for availability) in the Prize List.

Ad Specifications:

• Ads must be "Camera-ready" - meaning black and white art, which is reduced to fit the accommodating ad and is completely ready for the printer.
• Ad sizes = HALF PAGE (4 1/2" X 3 3/4"), FULL PAGE (4 1/2" X 7 1/2")
• Advertising design is available AT NO CHARGE by Emily Vincent, Equus Studios Graphic Designer
• All ads must be paid for in advance.
• Sale horses must appear without prices.
• Any horse advertised must be either Straight Egyptian or Egyptian Related/Sired by Pyramid Society definition.
• Current 2010 membership of The Pyramid Society is required.
• The Pyramid Society reserves the right to refuse any ad that is deemed inappropriate.
• Advertisers accept that photo reproductions will be standard quality and may not reproduce at the highest resolution.
• Digital ads will be accepted upon approval.
