• Register as an EBC Bidder (booth located next to The Pyramid Society's booth) *Note: If you are interested in bidding on a stallion's EBC breeding, but are unable to be at the Auction?  Have a representative bid for you by completing a Bidder's Authorization Form and submit it to The Pyramid Society along with the EBC Auction Bidder Sign-Up Form.
  
• Preview the "Jewels of the Nile" Private Treaty Sale Horses (booth located near The Pyramid Society's booth and signage on sale horses' stalls).
• Place your "Kalkata Stakes" bet & watch the two-year old Straight Egyptian Colts & Fillies to see if you won (booth located across from The Pyramid Society's booth)!
• Enjoy the exciting Stallion Showcase on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. & again on Saturday at 12:00 p.m.
  
• Register as a Silent Auction Bidder and preview the Showcase & Premier Art Work (booth located next to The Pyramid Society's booth).
• Visit The Pyramid Society's "Internet Cafe" to view the new Pyramid Society website, learn about new advertising opportunities and check Egyptian Event updates and results (located in the Art Auction area).
• Browse the "Photographic Journey" as part of The Pyramid Society's 40th Anniversary Celebration (located in Legacy Lounge).
• Browse new merchandise at The Pyramid Society's booth including:
• • 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Halters & Presentation Sets;
  • "The Babson Influence: A Retrospective" (purchase your copy and then stop back at The Pyramid Society's booth after Thursday morning classes to have your copied signed);

• Purchase your Pharaoh's Treasure Draw tickets at The Pyramid Society's booth.
• Purchase "1001 Arabian Nights" Gala & Fundraiser tickets online NOW or at The Pyramid Society's booth.
• Plan to visit the "Excavating Egypt Exhibit" at the University of Kentucky's Art Museum.
• Enjoy the "Because of Horses" exhibit by Scott Trees located at the International Museum of the Horse in the Kentucky Horse Park.
• View the Egyptian Event live online! Access available through The Pyramid Society's website.
• Visit the Pyramid Challenge Endurance Riders on Saturday morning as they begin their race.
  

Additional Information:

• Take a break during set-up on Saturday & Sunday to enjoy a great meal and free Wi-fi internet access at the Farmhouse (located on the corner of Nina Bonnie Blvd & Cigar Lane at the Kentucky Horse Park).
