"We would like to announce that after 13 years of successful growth and development with Lyday Farms, as of January 1st, 2015, Gary & Sandra Fernandes graciously “handed over the reins” and the business will now be owned and operated as Jeffries Arabian Center." Tom & Gail Chasteen, of Meadow Creek Arabians from Rocky Face, GA, report that their Multi Champion Stallion The Bandera+ will be competing in halter at The Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show this February.  The Bandera is a two time Reserve Champion in hunter pleasure at the Scottsdale Show.  He is also an Egyptian Event Champion World Class Stallion (8&9 Years) and a Reserve Champion World Class Stallion.  "See him in Scottsdale!"

Debra and David Geiser of Dara Meadows Farm, from Lexington, VA, are pleased to announce that Dracarys DMF (Imperial Mistaar x Imperial Shehaabah) has been acquired by Ann Dorsett of Dorsett Farms in New Jersey as a future herdsire.   "We are so pleased that this gorgeous colt will have such a wonderful home and we love the idea that he will be close enough for us to utilize him as an outcross stallion for our broodmare band," Debra explains.

Inga Applequist and Raymond Mazzei, owners of Rose Crest Arabians located in Nicolaus, CA,  announced that they will show the champion stallion Baha AA at Scottsdale this year! The Egyptian Event 2014 saw Baha AA, bred by Ariela Arabians, take the Gold title unanimously in the Senior Champion Straight Egyptian Stallions class for lessees Raymond Mazzei and Inga Applequist and owner Avi Aharoni, Israel.  He also claimed champion in the 2014 Egyptian Event Stallion 6 & 7 year old class.He is

Brenda Dumas and Lora Gilbert of Rose of Cairo Arabians located in Peralta, NM, are headed to the 60th annual Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show with their young stallion Samir Ali. Samir will be competing in the Egyptian Heritage Class (2 and 3 year old Colts) class #1023 , and the Classic Three Year Old Stallions, class #1116. "I would have loved to have put him in the SE classes, but his age just didn't work for him this year.

Marion Richmond owner of Simeon Stud from Sydney Australia, ends the 2014 breeding season with "a magnificent liver chestnut colt by our gorgeous young stallion." The colt is by the stallion Simeon Shifran and out of Simeon Stud's Mulayh ibn Mareesa daughter, Mussamaeh (Germany). "We are delighted with the young man!"
