**IMPORTANT:  Acceptance of this stall order is subject to stall availability and payment in full of stall fees.  See page 13 of the Prize List for Stall Policy.
Refunds:  Stall fees may be refunded upon written request with a vet statement, if received by May 16, 2002.  Stall credits will be applied to other show charges, with any remaining refund processed within 30 days after the end of the show.  OTHER:  See Prize List pages 3-6 ( Notes 3, 4, & 31) and page 13 for additional stall information.
Arrivals: Beginning on Saturday,  May 31st, staff will be available to accept horses between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.  If you require an earlier or later arrival time, special arrangements must be made with the Show Manager, Bill Pennington, (513) 777-6381.
Bedding:  Bedding is not included.  Bedding arrangements may be made in advance by contacting Don Dever (859) 233-9702 or (859) 272-1482.
