Talaria Type at the Thanksgiving Show in Tampa
Moving beyond their successes at the 2010 US Egyptian Event and Region 14 Championships, the beautiful Botswana sons TF Afrikhan Magik and TF Price DeBeers continued to prove that Egyptian sired horses can and do bear influence in the broader Arabian Horse community. Each of these athlete began their careers as halter horses but have moved on into the performance areanas. In this show's always competitive performance classes, Afrikhan Magik and Price Debeers were Reserve Champion Open Western Pleasure and Reserve Champion Jr. Hunter Pleasure horses respectively. Peri Tilghman continues to make a case for herself that she is one of the best young performance trainers on the rise.
Talaria would also like to congratulate Susan White and her beautiful Botswana weanling colt who won the well represented WCAHA Auction Futurity Colt class. Thank you, Denni Mack for handling him so beautifully. Symbah then went on to be Junior Champion colt with Ted Carson (thank you Ted!) at the November Western Carolina show in Clemson.
