5-14-2012 :: The list of Commercial Exhibitors registered for The Event is now posted. Also, new Premier and Showcase Auction items are being added daily! Finally, check out this official Press Release on Sylvia Zerbini's upcoming performance!
5-4-2012 :: The Schedule has been updated below (you might need to refresh this page). Changes include a change in starting times for the Kalkata classes #47 and #48 on Friday and the addition of internationally acclaimed liberty trainer Sylvia Zerbini to the Opening Ceremonies of the Championship Finals on Saturday! More details to follow!
4-12-2012 :: We have begun to populate Art Auction items with thumbnail images of donated artwork and links to our contributing artists. Also, a full EBC Stallion listing with thumbnail views is now available here.
4-3-2012 :: The Schedule has been updated below (you might need to refresh this page). Changes include the addition of Youth Programs and a change to Class 33, which has been properly updated to read Novice HORSE.

3-14-2012 :: The Exhibitor Class Entry Form is now electronically-fillable, which is a big time-saver, especially if you have multiple entries! You still need to print and sign your forms, but we think you'll like this format! Click here.
3-13-2012 :: The Forms page has been reorganized and categorized for easier access to this year's Event information. This page now includes a link to the Combined Ticket & RSVP Form, which will be used for Seating Reservations, Gala Tickets, Seminar Tickets for non-members, Newcomers' Meet & Greet RSVP, and Pyramid Lecture reservations for current members.
3-12-2012 :: The 2012 Prize List has been mailed out. Contact us if you have not recieved your Prize List within the week.
3-9-2012 :: The Educational Opportunities page is now current with detailed descriptions about this year's seminars and presenters. The Art Auction & Gala page has also been updated with more details about this year's Gala & Fundraiser.

2-13-2012 :: Official Fundraiser Gala theme for the 2012 Egyptian Event released - "An Arabian Night in Black and White." Make plans to attend on Friday, June 8th.
2-10-2012 :: Tentative Show Schedule has been posted (see below), as well as the 2012 Sponsorship & Patronage packet. The Prize List is now in production and should be released shortly.
2-6-2012 :: Discounted Web Advertising through high-traffic Egyptian Event months is now available, including special banner advertising placements on the Egyptian Event pages.

March 16th :: Horse Show Exhibitors - Priority Stall Reservations deadline for previous exhibitors wishing to reserve the same block in 2012 - payments and forms must be recieved by this date. (click here)
March 20th :: EBC Stallion Owners - EBC Stallion Registrations and GSS Stallion Registrations are required by this date for guaranteed promotion at the Arabian Breeders' World Cup in Las Vegas. (click here)
March 26th :: Commercial Exhibitors - Past Commercial Exhibitors must place a 50% deposit by this date to reserve their prior year's booth location. (click here)
April 1st :: Advertisers - May Pyramid Report Advertising deadline with Arabian Horse World. Click here for details on Pyramid Society print advertising.
April 1st :: Artists - Digital proofs for your Art Auction Donations are due by this date for guaranteed inclusion in the May Pyramid Report and on The Pyramid Society's website prior to the Event. (click here)
April 13th :: EBC Stallion Owners - EBC Stallion Registrations and GSS Stallion Registrations are required by this date for guaranteed inclusion in the Show Program. (click here)
April 16th :: Horse Show Exhibitors - PRE-ENTRY DEADLINE. Entries postmarked after this date will be charged respective post-entry fees. (click here)
April 16th :: Horse Show Exhibitors - Entries are due by this date for inclusion in The NEW Heirs Apparent Junior Stallion Presentation. (click here)
April 20th :: Sponsors & Patrons - All Impact Banner and Arena Banner artwork must be submitted by this date to ensure your banners are able to be personalized and produced by June. (click here)
April 23rd :: Commercial Exhibitors - Promotional scripts, Logo files, and all Payment balances are due by this date for your booth space at The Event and for guaranteed promotion online and in our Show Program. (click here)
May 1st :: All guests - Most of our partnering hotels will open their reserved room blocks on this date. Please make your hotel reservations before May 1st to ensure availability at the best rate. (click here)
May 1st :: Advertisers - Egyptian Event Show Program Advertising deadline with Arabian Horse World. Click here for details on Pyramid Society print advertising.
May 4th :: Horse Show Exhibitors - This is the absolute participation deadline for our 2012 Guided Barn Tours. Only the FIRST THREE FARMS from each Barn Group will be scheduled. Please submit your forms by this date to secure your participation. (click here)
May 7th :: Volunteers - All registrations for volunteer positions are needed by this date to ensure proper assignments and organization prior to The Event! (click here)
May 11th :: Horse Show Exhibitors - If requesting refunds of Stall Reservations and Class Entries, a statement from your veterinarian must be presented by this date. Stall Reservations cannot be refunded after this date. (See Prize List, page 5)
May 18th :: Artists - Showcase Auction Donations must be recieved at The Pyramid Society by this date to ensure proper preparations can be made to display your art at The Event. (click here)
May 25th :: All Members - Advance Reservations for the Pyramid Lecture & Breakfast on Saturday, June 9th must be recieved by this date to ensure ample space and food is available for all attendees. (click here)
May 25th :: Newcomers/New Members - Please RSVP by this date for the Newcomers' Meet & Greet to take place on Thursday, June 7th at 10am. (click here)
May 25th :: All Guests - This is the last date to reserve your Seating in advance for Egyptian Event activities in the Covered Arena. (click here)
May 25th :: All Guests - Gala & Fundraiser Ticket reservations are requested by this date to ensure ample space and food is available for all attendees. (click here)
May 25th :: All Non-Member Guests - This is the last date to reserve your Seminar tickets in advance for our Tuesday-Friday Educational Opportunities. (click here)
May 28th :: All Guests - This is the last date to cancel your Campsite Reservation without penalty. (click here)
June 1st :: All Exhibitors - If you are hanging a Farm Flag this year, it must arrive at The Pyramid Society by this date for guaranteed hanging. (click here)
