HS Infinite Filly!!

The year 2009 was a bitter sweet year. It was the year I bred my beloved Makhterial Girl SWA (Makhsous) to the stallion of my dreams, HS Infinite. It was the same year we all lost him, tragically. From the time I purchased Makhterial Girl SWA in 2006, I have feverishly searched for the perfect stallion for her. Just previous to her 5th year, I finally found him. My plan was to keep her in foal to him--I purchased his EBC breeding and several more breeding's.

However, life sometimes has a way to guiding us in other directions, whether we want to go or not. This EBC filly, who was born on Feb 28, 2010 will be the only HS Infinite baby I will have. Luckily though, as I was confident this would be a nice baby, she has far exceeded what I had imagined. From the moment she laid her little four feet on the ground, she has had a firm understanding (maybe too firm) of exactly how special she is.

This filly, who has yet to find me worthy enough to know her name, is a nearly perfect foal. Her legs are straight; already has excellent muscle structure; a gorgeous, well set neck that extends straight up out of her body and a beautiful face with those huge HS Infinite eyes. She is friendly, confident and very playful. Makhterial Girl was a maiden mare, and I'm not too sure she knew how exhausting it was going to be to have a baby. But she is an excellent mother, she loves her baby and woe to the individual, any individual, who gets too close!

My deepest sympathies to Nancy Wight of Rockin' Heart Ranch on the loss of her beloved stallion, HS Infinite. However, although not quite ready for breeding as he is only 2, HS Infinite left Rockin' Heart Ranch a son in his liking. My filly may not get a 100% sibling, but God's plan is always the best plan.
