Ken & Mary Scribner own and operate Magnolia Farm Arabians, located in beautiful central Florida. They purchased their first Straight Egyptian mare in 2001 from David & Paula Houseknecht who encouraged them to join The Pyramid Society and attend the Egyptian Event. "We have attended every Egyptian Event since joining The Pyramid Society in 2002, and have loved every one of them!" states Mary.

The goal at Magnolia Farm Arabians is to produce quality Arabian horses, with an emphasis on Straight Egyptian and Egyptian Sired bloodlines, that can be enjoyed for their beauty, as well as succeed as working horses.
One of their great breeding successes is the 2005 Straight Egyptian filly, Imeila (Imtaarif x Nimeelah). She was sold to El Farida Stud and exported to Egypt, and went on to earn the title of Jr. Champion Filly at the 2007 European Egyptian Event and again at the 2008 Egyptian Nationals in Cairo, Egypt.

Their pride and joy is their mahogany bay Straight Egyptian stallion Ali Rahaim (Thee Desperado * Muraja Alichia). Due to a leg injury Ali Rahaim has only been show a few times, winning the 1996 Egyptian Event World Class Yearling Colts and Class A Junior Champion and Reserve Championships. He has been successfully shown to Amateur and open Class A Reserve Championships as well.

"We love our membership in The Pyramid Society! It provides us with great contacts with fellow Egyptian Arabian breeders. The website is great for finding information and we often direct others to look it over as well. Of course more than anything we love the Egyptian Event. The various programs and futurities are wonderful, and every year the Event provides an opportunity to see so many beautiful Egyptian Arabians and to meet up with old friends and make new friends."
