2003 Egyptian Event Stall Reservation Policy
 

     The Event begins on Monday, June 2nd, and concludes on Saturday, June 7th.  Stabling fees cover the period from Sunday, June 1st through Saturday June 7th, 2003.
     First refusal will be given to exhibitors who wish to reserve the same stalls (with no additional), under the same name as in 2002, provided the reservation and payment in full are received by the show secretary, Marilyn Norton, by the March 21, 2003, Priority Deadline.  Second priority for stall requests will be determined by the postmarked date of requests received with full payment.  All participants will be notified of stall assignments by March 31, 2003.
     Verbal stall reservations will not be accepted.
Note:  If your trainer will be submitting your stall request this year, please notify him/her of this policy.
     If you wish to be stabled with or near a specific group, stall reservations must be sent together.
Although we cannot guarantee exhibitors will receive the stalls they request, we will make every effort to accommodate our members within this policy's guidelines.
Checks should be made payable to THE PYRAMID SOCIETY.  The Stall Request Form and payment should be mailed to Marilyn Norton, Show Secretary, who's address is listed on the form.<<click here for stall request form
Complete Egyptian Event information, including the Prize List, will be mailed to all current 2003 members in March.
