BENEFITS GIVEN TO
STALLION OWNERS |

*A $200 discount when
participating in the Stallion Showcase at the Egyptian Event.
*An attractive display for his 8x10 color photo and pedigree.
*Video footage (optional) submitted by May 25th, will be run
as additional promotion in the auction area throughout the week.
* The chance to participate in the LIVE auction, where your
stallion or his get will be presented individually.
* Recognition in the Egyptian Event Show Program.
* The opportunity to participate in the EBC program - Each
breeding sold through the EBC Auction entitles the stallion owner
and the purchaser to enter one resulting foal each into the EBC class. The anticipated EBC prize money for 2007 is
$70,000!
Futurity nomination and sustainment are required. (See EBC
guidelines for details.)

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION |

* Complete and return the enclosed
donated breeding form<<click
here
* Send an 8 x 10 color photo. (Owners of stallions who are
also participating in the Stallion Showcase, and whose stallion’s
photos will be at the Arabian Horse Times for coverage in the Show
Program, should notify The Pyramid Society.)
* Submit a year 2008 breeding contract for your stallion
which clearly outlines all information such as stud fee, additional
fees, transported semen stipulations, live foal guarantee,
re-breeding rights, mare care, booking fees, and/or other pertinent
items.
* Submit a copy of the stallions AHA or CAHA registration
papers & pedigree.
* Submit a 10 minute promotional video (optional) to be shown
throughout the week in the stallion auction area.
* Submit a 100 word (maximum) promotional script via email to
info@pyramidsociety.org. This script will be read by the
announcer if your stallion’s breeding is included in the Live
Auction. The Pyramid Society reserves the right to create
stallion scripts for those not submitted and to edit scripts as
deemed necessary.* Include a
copy of your stallion's most recent fertility exam results.
* All materials must be received by the Society’s office by APRIL
13th, 2007. Late entries or items cannot be guaranteed inclusion
in the Egyptian Event Show Program or the EBC Auction.
